01Who receives your consent

02What you are consenting to
Your consent covers the data you enter into the form yourself:
- your name or preferred form of address;
- your contact details — email address, phone number or Telegram username;
- your industry and the description of the task, if you provide them.
Please do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in the message field.
03What we will use it for
- to contact you and reply to your enquiry;
- to consult you, prepare a quote and agree the terms of work;
- to deliver the web development services we agree on.
We will not use your data for unrelated marketing, newsletters or profiling without asking you separately.
04What we may do with it
Consent covers the following operations: collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating and correcting, using, transferring to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, restricting, erasing and destroying the data.
Your enquiry is delivered to our team through a Telegram bot and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which means your data is transferred outside the EEA and the UK. By submitting the form you also consent to that transfer, as described in section 05 of the Privacy Policy.
05How long consent lasts
Consent takes effect when you submit the form and remains valid until the purpose is fulfilled or you withdraw it — and in any case no longer than the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy (up to 12 months for enquiries that do not lead to a project).
06Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, by messaging us on the contacts below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Once we receive your withdrawal we stop processing your data and delete it within a reasonable period, except for records we are legally required to keep.
You also keep all the rights listed in section 07 of the Privacy Policy, including access, correction, erasure, portability and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
